SMASH BURGER FLATBREAD ingredients: ¢ 2low carb tortillas of choice * 1/2. cup cooked lean beef (about 3-4 072) ¢ 1 TBS bacon bits ¢ optional caramelized onion ¢ 1 TBS shredded cheese * optional 1 TBS crushed french fried onions ¢ 3-4 TBS skim mozzarella SMASH BURGER SAUCE: e 1-2 TBS light mayo ¢ 1TBS ketchup e 1tsp mustard e 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning SNMAD WA: Calories: 431 Fat: 22g Protein: 36g (approximate) “f directions: Wy Prepare lean beef by browning ina skillet along with diced onion if using until meat is cooked through and onions are soft Spread about half of your sauce over 1 tortilla until surface is covered, add ground beef, bacon, and a tsp of your sauce. Sprinkle with 1 TBS cheese and french fried onions Place second tortilla on top and add a SMALL amount of sauce on top of this tortilla (maybe | tsp), spread this over the surface just so the remaining cheese has something to stick to. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Secure with toothpicks if needed Air fry (or bake) on 370 for 6-7 minutes or until crisp and cheese is melted. Cut into quarters and enjoy!
