BEST BROCCOLI SALAD ingredients: | don't even like raw broccoli but will make an exception for this, you have to trust me! ¢ Icup light mayo ¢ 1/4 cup vinegar e 1-2 TBS sugar ¢ 4-5 cups fresh chopped broccoli (chop small) 1/3 cup diced red onion ¢ 1/4 cup sunflower seeds (optional) ¢ 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries ¢ 6slices crispy bacon (chopped) INADA: Calories: 205 Fat: 14 Protein: 4 (approximate) C ‘directions: Bp Sivechionss Mix mayo, vinegar, sugar together in a small bowl and pour over remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Stir/shake until everything is evenly coated. You can refrigerate overnight then serve or eat immediately! This is a great side dish or add chicken/steak to make it a meal
