COCONUT
CREAM CAKE
ingredients:
* 3 TBS cake mixture (I take 1 box of
dry yellow cake mix and 1 box of dry
angel food cake mix, mix them
together then store in a ziploc bag
for tupperware for easy access)

Filling/Frosting:
Ā¢ 2TBS shredded coconut
* 1TBS vanilla/coconut yogurt
Ā¢ 1TBS cool whip

In a small bowl or ramekin, mix
together your cake mix mixture +
2 TBS water until fluffy.
Microwave for 50 seconds or until
fluffy, | like to cut my cupcake in
half (like 2 layers)
In a small bowl, mix together
frosting ingredients, | like to add
half in the middle of my cupcake,
and the other half on the top
layer. Top with whipped cream if
preferred.
