ingredients:
lcup vanilla greek yogurt
1 block of cream cheese (reduced
fat if preferred)
e 1tsp vanilla
e 2eggs
* 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate protein
powder
e 1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute of
choice
e 6 crushed oreos + 1/4 cup chocolate
chips
e 12 oreo thins (to use as crust,
optional)

Using a mixer, cream together
cream cheese and greek yogurt,
add vanilla, sugar until smooth,
then beat in eggs.
Stir in protein powder and mix ins
of choice (crushed oreos and
chocolate chips).
Line cupcake pan with cupcake
liners or grease with cooking
spray. Place 1 oreo in the bottom of
each spot then fill about 1/2 way
with cheesecake batter
Bake for 15 min on 250, THEN
another 15 minutes on 300F (or
until middle is set and doesn't
jiggle)
Optional top with melted
chocolate and crushed oreos
