GARLIC PARM WRAP ingredients: llow carb tortilla (I like La Banderita) 1 garlic herb laughing cow cheese 1 tsp parmesan 3-4 oz chicken (any kind works, grilled, air fried, rotisserie, crispy) I slice ultra thin sliced cheese 1 slice crispy bacon drizzle of parmesan garlic sauce (thinned with a splash of skim milk to save cals) β€œrecipe is for 1 wrap, (I typically prep 3-4 at a time) if following suggested servings, modify amounts to fit your needs* SNMAD WA: Calories: 331 Fat: 15g Protein: 33g _ Carbs: 20g (approximate) She tee te he ee 80 ee Pe Se te he eee ee Ree Prepare chicken, | like to season chicken tenderloins with seasoning salt, garlic + paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), but rotisserie chicken also works great here!
