TROPICAL
CHICKEN WRAP
ingredients:
llow carb tortilla (1 like La Banderita)
3-4 oz chicken (see directions)
2 TBS teriyaki sauce of choice
fresh pineapple, diced
shredded lettuce or cabbage, or any
asian style salad mix
2 tsp ginger/peanut or sesame
dressing of choice (Walmart has
tons of options here)
βrecipe is for 1 wrap, (I typically prep 3-4
at a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

Prepare chicken, | like to season chicken
tenderloins with salt, pepper, garlic +
paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each
side then lightly glaze with teriyaki
sauce (let them rest a couple minutes
before shredding or chopping into small
pieces).
Lay tortilla on flat surface and add
sliced/diced chicken, diced pineapple,
cabbage or slaw mixture, then finish
with a drizzle of dressing of choice
Tuck ends of tortilla and fold to roll
tightly (like a burrito)
Eat this hot OR cold and pack with sides
of choice! See sides section for my
favorites. This pairs great with any asian
style salad kit
