CHICKEN SALAD

Prepare chicken, | like to season these
with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic,
* llight colby jack cheese stick, cubed paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each
side (let them rest a couple minutes
before shredding or chopping into
* 1 TBS light mayo + 2 TBS light italian small pieces), rotisserie chicken also
