CAESAR CHICKEN
SALAD

ingredients:
4-5 oz chicken of choice (canned,
grilled, rotisserie, etc)
1 TBS greek yogurt or light mayo
1 TBS caesar dressing
squeeze of lemon
salt, pepper
diced pepperoncini or banana
peppers
1/4 cup or more shredded lettuce
1 TBS shredded parmesan
1 TBS crushed croutons
βrecipe is for 1 bowl, (I typically prep 3-4 at
a time) if following suggested servings,
modify amounts to fit your needs*

Prepare chicken, | like to season these
with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic,
italian seasoning + paprika then air
fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them
rest a couple minutes before
shredding or chopping into small
pieces), rotisserie chicken also works
great in this one!
Add all ingredients to a bowl or
tupperware, shake, stir, or toss until
evenly coated and combined.
When ready to eat, sprinkle with more
crushed croutons and parm. Serve in
a wrap, on bread, or with
crackers/chips of choice!
