Ingredients
- 1/2 lb lean beef
- 1 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup egg beaters
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp burger seasoning
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
- optional caramelized onion
BURGER SAUCE
- 2 TBS light mayo
- 1 TBS ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard
- chopped pickle or relish

Prepare lean beef (and caramelized onion if using) by browning in a skillet until onions are soft and meat is done, sprinkle a little bit of au jus seasoning mixture over meat along with a splash of water and toss to combine
