BANG BANG CHICKEN BOWL

- 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup cooked rice of choice
- 1 frozen steamer pack cauliflower rice
- 1 egg
- frozen mixed veggies ((peas, carrots))
FRIED RICE SAUCE:
- 1/4 cup teriyaki
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp garlic
- ginger
- red pepper flakes
BANG BANG SAUCE:
- 2 TBS sriracha mayo
- 1 TBS honey
- soy sauce (splash of)
- red pepper flakes (pinch of)

Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according to package directions, then mix together

Prepare chicken by dicing into bite sized pieces and season both sides with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air fry on 400, 3-4 min each side (you can also use crispy chicken like Real Good nuggets for this too)

In a skillet on medium heat, mist with oil then add mixed veggies of choice, cook until soft but not mushy.

Add egg to this and scramble and push to the side of your pan so you can add rice mixture.

Add fried rice sauce and toss until combined.

Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: -fried rice divide evenly amongst bowls -chicken chunks, divided evenly amongst bowls -bang bang sauce -squeeze of lime, optional crispy wonton strips
