- wonton strips
- 1/2 cup cooked rice of choice
- 1/2 cup cooked cauliflower rice
- optional veggie(s) of choice

- 1 TBS sirracha mayo
- 2 tsp honey
- soy sauce (splash of)
- red pepper flakes (pinch of)

Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according to package directions, then mix together

Prepare shrimp by seasoning both sides with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, and air fry on 400, 3-4 min each side (you can also use chicken if you prefer)
