Ingredients

  • 2 single serve instant mashed potato cups
  • 1 frozen cauliflower rice steamer pack
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp BBQ seasoning
  • 3 TBS BBQ sauce
  • 3 tsp chipotle sauce
  • 3 TBS shredded cheese
  • 3 tsp bacon bits
  • 1 TBS crushed french fried onions
  • green veggie of choice

Instructions

    Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with BBQ seasoning and BBQ sauce then air fry 3 min 400F, flip, 3 more min.

    Prepare both mashed potato cups and cauliflower rice package according to package directions, then mix together and season to your liking.
