- 1 frozen cauliflower rice steamer pack
- 6 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 tsp BBQ seasoning
- 3 TBS BBQ sauce
- 3 tsp chipotle sauce
- 3 TBS shredded cheese
- 3 tsp bacon bits
- 1 TBS crushed french fried onions
- green veggie of choice
Instructions

Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with BBQ seasoning and BBQ sauce then air fry 3 min 400F, flip, 3 more min.

Prepare both mashed potato cups and cauliflower rice package according to package directions, then mix together and season to your liking.

Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: mashed potato mixture (split evenly amongst 3 bowls), chicken, split evenly, 1 TBS chipotle sauce, 1 TBS shredded cheese, 1 tsp bacon bits, 1 TBS french fried onions, crushed, veggie of choice on side.
