per 1 bowl:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- potatoes of choice (I use 1 pack of the Little Potato company microwave packs, from Walmart)
- shredded cheese of choice (I use colby jack)
- sliced red onion
- 1 slice bacon (or bacon bits)
- BBQ sauce of choice (I use regular but G Hughs has a lower cal option)
Sauce:
- greek yogurt
- 1/2 ranch seasoning packet
- hot sauce (a splash)

Dice + season potatoes (I season with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary OR the little seasoning pack that comes with the microwave pack I get) spray with cooking spray and air fry 400F for 10 min, shake, 5 more minutes (or until potatoes are crispy but fork tender)

Season + cook chicken (I air fry mine, see pg. 25 for instructions)

Mix together greek yogurt, 1/2 ranch seasoning packet, and a splash of hot sauce
