Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins ((or 4 oz any chicken))
  • 1 light laughing cow cheese
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese ((blended) or greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 tsp BBQ seasoning
  • 2 TBS BBQ sauce
  • 2 TBS shredded cheese
  • 1 TBS bacon bits

optional caramelized onion

    optional toppings: crushed french

    • fried onion (optional topping)
    • protein chips (for dipping)

    Instructions

      Prepare chicken, I like to season them with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), rotisserie chicken also works great in this one!

      Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except shredded cheese which goes on top)

      Mix well then add shredded cheese

      Microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty, top with a sprinkle of crushed french fried onion if preferred.
