BEST BASIC CHICKEN

- 2 chicken tenderloins (thawed)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika

Make sure chicken tenderloins are thawed and patted dry.

Mix all seasonings together in a small bowl, then rub seasoning mixture on both sides of chicken.

Add chicken in an even layer to air fryer and cook for 5 minutes on 400 F, flip each piece, then continue to cook for another 5 minutes. (immediately remove from air fryer so chicken doesn't get dry)

Let them rest on a cutting board for a couple minutes before slicing with a sharp knife.

*If you don't have access to air fryer, you can cook these in a skillet the same way (medium high heat), dice into bite sized pieces and let them sit until underside is seared, then flip and continue cooking until golden brown.

I get the tenderloins instead of breast because they're smaller so they thaw/cook much faster and more evenly!
