- 3 TBS protein powder
- 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk)
- 1/4 cup apple sauce
- blueberries (handful)
- white chocolate chips (optional)
- blueberry syrup (optional (Kodiak))
Optional drizzle:
- 1 TBS light cream cheese
- 1 TBS lemon or blueberry yogurt
- protein shake (splash to thin)

In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix, protein powder

Add apple sauce and protein shake (or milk) and stir gently until you reach a thick pancake batter consistency...try not to overmix, itโs ok if your batter is lumpy!
