Ingredients

  • 3 TBS pancake mix
  • 3 TBS protein powder
  • 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk)
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • blueberries (handful)
  • white chocolate chips (optional)
  • blueberry syrup (optional (Kodiak))

Optional drizzle:

  • 1 TBS light cream cheese
  • 1 TBS lemon or blueberry yogurt
  • protein shake (splash to thin)

Instructions

    In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix, protein powder

    Add apple sauce and protein shake (or milk) and stir gently until you reach a thick pancake batter consistency...try not to overmix, itโ€™s ok if your batter is lumpy!
