Ingredients
- 6 low cal english muffins (I like Thomas brand 100 calorie)
- 1 cup liquid egg whites
- 6 slices deli turkey
- 6 slices cheese of choice
- 6 slices bacon of choice
- southwestern ranch or chipotle sauce (drizzle (any brand))
- avocado (optional thin sliced)
- spinach (optional)

In a greased 9x13 casserole dish, add 1 cup liquid egg whites (or do a combo of egg whites and real eggs if you prefer), salt and pepper then bake on 400F for 10-12 min.

Once done, using a round glass, cookie cutter, or any circular tool, cut out 6 circles for your egg patties (I eat the scraps or turn them into breakfast burritos).

To each english muffin, add egg patty, turkey, cheese, bacon, and a drizzle of chipotle sauce.

Wrap (I wrap in a paper towel, then foil so that I can easily unwrap and heat up in paper towel when Iām ready).

Store in fridge for about 5-6 days or freeze to keep longer. I reheat in microwave!
