Ingredients

  • 2-3 carrots (large)
  • red onion (optional, thinly sliced)
  • 2 TBS peanut butter
  • 3 TBS soy sauce
  • 1 TBS sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 TBS garlic (minced)
  • 1 TBS sugar
  • red pepper flakes ((I do 1-2 tsp))

    Using a vegetable peeler, hold carrot and glide peeler down the base of your carrot
