Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice (dry)
  • 1/3 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 tsp ranch seasoning
  • 2-3 TBS cream of chicken (OR cream of mushroom)
  • 1/2 cup lean beef (diced)
  • green pepper (to taste)
  • onion (to taste)
  • mushroom (to taste)
  • 1 TBS cheese sauce (of choice)

Preparation

  • approx 2 tsp au jus seasoning
  • water (splash)

Instructions

    Prepare meat, I brown mine in a skillet and add approx 2 tsp au jus seasoning and splash of water

    Saute veggies until softened

    In a small glass tupperware or baking dish, add rice, broth, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup, mix gently

    Stir in 1/2 cup of your cooked meat and sauteed veggies. Cover with foil and bake 375 for 20-25 minutes

    Top with 1-2 TBS cheese sauce before eating if preferred
