Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp tomato bouillon ((Knorr))
  • 2-3 TBS cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup taco meat

optional toppings:

  • white queso (to taste)
  • greek yogurt (to taste)
  • pico (to taste)
  • gauc (to taste)

Instructions

    Prepare taco meat, I brown mine in a skillet and add a taco seasoning packet and splash of water or salsa

    In a small glass tupperware or baking dish, add rice, water, tomato bouillon, and cream of chicken soup, mix gently

    Stir in 1/2 cup of your cooked taco meat. Cover with foil and bake 375 for 20-25 minutes

    Top with 1-2 TBS white queso before eating if preferred

    *if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating*
