  • fajita veggies of choice ((I like bell pepper, onion, tomato, sliced thin))
  • queso of choice ((I like Pancho's brand))

Fajita Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • cayenne (to taste)

Instructions
