Ingredients

  • approx 5 oz greek yogurt (single serve container, vanilla)
  • 1 TBS sweetener (of choice, I use sugar)
  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (PB2 powder)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

optional melted chocolate for topping

    In a bowl, mix together yogurt, powdered peanut butter, and sugar until combined, then mix in mini chips.

    Press mixture into an 8x8 baking dish.

    If adding a layer of chocolate on top: In a separate bowl, add chocolate chips and microwave for 30 seconds (STIR!), then 30 more seconds, then stir, repeat this process until chocolate is smooth/melted (do not forget to stir and do not overheat or your chocolate will burn/clump).
