- 2 Hawaiian rolls
- 4-6 slices deli turkey
- 1 slice ultra thin sliced colby jack
- sliced granny smith apple
- 2 slices bacon (crispy)
CRAN MAYO SAUCE:
- 1 TBS light mayo
- 2 TBS whole berry cranberry sauce
Instructions

Prepare sammies by cutting Hawaiian rolls in half and layering with deli turkey, half slice of cheese each, a slice of apple, and a slice of crispy bacon each.

Stir together cranberry mayo and add to each sandwich.

Enjoy with sides of choice, I usually like to make a caramel apple parfait out of my leftover apple (greek yogurt, sliced apples, sugar free caramel, sprinkle of granola) and a mindful serving of chips or something crunchy!
