- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt ((or blended cottage cheese))
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 1-2 TBS pizza sauce (per puff)
- 2-3 TBS skim mozzarella (per puff, shredded)
- pizza toppings of choice (I like turkey pepperonis and turkey italian sausage)

In a small bowl mix together flour, greek yogurt, and seasonings until a dough forms. If your dough seems too dry, you can add a bit more greek yogurt until the dough is “spreadable”.

Spread this into the bottom of a greased muffin tin, dividing dough evenly amongst each spot (filling each about half full and pressing to mold into a cup shape) should have enough to make 8-10 “puffs”.
