  • 1/2 cup COOKED protein pasta (of choice)
  • green veggie (of choice, I like broccoli, spinach, or zucchini here)
  • 1/4 cup garlic alfredo sauce (of choice)
  • 2 TBS cottage cheese ((blended) or greek yogurt)
  • 2 TBS parmesan

Instructions

    Prepare chicken by cutting into bite sized pieces then seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic, italian, paprika, then air fry 400F 4 min, flip, 3-4 more minutes then toss in parmesan garlic sauce

    Assemble bowl/tupperware in this order: -1/2 cup cooked pasta -optional green veggie -alfredo sauce -cottage cheese/greek yogurt -parmesan
