  • 1-2 TBS light cream cheese
  • 3-4 oz chicken
  • 2 TBS salsa
  • 2 TBS shredded mexican cheese

    Prepare chicken, I like to season with fajita seasoning, then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), rotisserie chicken also works great here

    Assemble 4 bowls/tupperware in this order: spread cream cheese into bottom of dish, 3-4 oz shredded chicken, 2 TBS salsa, 2 TBS shredded cheese, Optional other toppings of choice

    When ready to eat, microwave 1:30 and serve with chips of choice like a dip (I like Quest chips)
