  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • oil (of choice (for misting))
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 tsp lemon pepper (or more)
  • garlic
  • parmesan

Instructions

    Take asparagus spears and cut off part of the stems (the thick bottom portion, maybe like 1/2 an inch or so), then cut spears into 3 sections, (like bite sized spears)

    Mist with oil of choice and season generously with lemon pepper, garlic, and parmesan

    Air fry on 400 for 10-12 min or until roasted/crisp

    Once finished I like to squeeze lemon juice on mine and give them one final sprinkle of parmesan

    These can also be done in an oven on 425 (adjust cook time as needed)
