- 1.5 cup water
- 1 tsp tomato bouillon ((Knorr brand))
- 1 lb lean beef
- taco seasoning packet
- 1/4 cup rotel
- 1/4 cup salsa con queso or cheese
- 6 TBS shredded mexican cheese
- approx 3-4 chips doritos (per bowl)

Prepare taco meat, brown in a skillet and add taco seasoning packet and a splash of water or enchilada sauce

In a microwave safe bowl, add water, tomato bullion, and instant rice. Stir and microwave 5-6 minutes (or until rice is done)
