Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup instant/minute rice
  • 1.5 cup water
  • 1 tsp tomato bouillon ((Knorr brand))
  • 1 lb lean beef
  • taco seasoning packet
  • 1/4 cup rotel
  • 1/4 cup salsa con queso or cheese
  • 6 TBS shredded mexican cheese
  • approx 3-4 chips doritos (per bowl)

Instructions

    Prepare taco meat, brown in a skillet and add taco seasoning packet and a splash of water or enchilada sauce

    In a microwave safe bowl, add water, tomato bullion, and instant rice. Stir and microwave 5-6 minutes (or until rice is done)

    Mix rotel and salsa con queso/cheese sauce together in a bowl and microwave until warm
