- 1-2 TBS salsa
- 1 russet potato
- veggies of choice (I like shredded lettuce, black beans, corn, pico)
SAUCE:
- 2 TBS greek yogurt
- 1 TBS creamy salsa dressing
- lime (optional)
- cotija cheese (optional toppings)
- tortilla strips (optional toppings)
- fresh lime wedge (optional toppings)

Prepare chicken by browning in a skillet until done, season with fajita seasoning and 1-2 TBS fresh salsa
