  • 1-2 TBS salsa
  • 1 russet potato
  • veggies of choice (I like shredded lettuce, black beans, corn, pico)

SAUCE:

  • 1 TBS creamy salsa dressing
  • lime (optional)
  • cotija cheese (optional toppings)
  • tortilla strips (optional toppings)
  • fresh lime wedge (optional toppings)

Instructions

    Prepare chicken by browning in a skillet until done, season with fajita seasoning and 1-2 TBS fresh salsa
