Ingredients
- 1.5 english muffins (I use Thomas 100 calorie ones)
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 1/4 cup premade protein shake (I like Fairlife)
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
- brown sugar (optional sprinkle (or splenda/swerve))
- chocolate chips (optional topping)
- pancake syrup (small drizzle)
- chopped pecans (optional topping)
- turkey bacon (great side)
- sausage (great side)
Instructions

Cube your english muffin halves into bite sized chunks, place in a small glass meal prep container or any small casserole dish will do

In a small bowl, mix together your protein shake or milk, and liquid egg whites, and cinnamon, mix well and pour over english muffin cubes, let these sit for 5 or so minutes to soak up the liquid

Sprinkle with brown sugar (optional) and bake for 20 minutes on 400F
