Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins ((or 4 oz any chicken))
  • garlic herb laughing cow cheese
  • 1/2 TBS parm garlic sauce ((Buffalo Wild Wings brand))
  • 1 TBS parmesan
  • 1/3 cup cottage cheese ((blended) or greek yogurt)
  • 2 TBS skim mozzarella
  • 1/4 tsp garlic seasoning

Optional toppings:

  • crushed croutons
  • protein chips

Instructions

    Prepare chicken, I like to season them with salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), rotisserie chicken also works great in this one!

    Add all ingredients to small bowl or tupperware (except cheese which goes on top)

    Mix well then add shredded cheese

    Microwave for 1-2 min (or bake) until hot and melty, top with a sprinkle of crushed croutons if preferred.

    I like to eat this with ranch Quest chips and sliced veggies!
