Ingredients
- 2 russet potatoes
- 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- seasoning salt
- garlic
- italian seasoning
Garlic Butter Sauce (for chicken):
- 1 TBS melted butter
- 1 TBS parm
- 1 tsp garlic
- 3 TBS garlic parm sauce (thinned with 2 TBS skim milk)

- green veggie (optional (I like zucchini or broccoli here))
Instructions

Slice potatoes into even fry shape (I like mine to be pretty thin).

Mist with oil and season with salt/pepper.

Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp.

Prepare chicken by cutting into bite sized chunks, toss in seasoning, then air fry 400F for 4 minutes, flip, 3-4 more min, then brush garlic butter sauce over.
