Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • seasoning salt
  • garlic
  • italian seasoning

Garlic Butter Sauce (for chicken):

  • 1 TBS melted butter
  • 1 TBS parm
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 3 TBS garlic parm sauce (thinned with 2 TBS skim milk)
  • parm (sprinkle of)
  • green veggie (optional (I like zucchini or broccoli here))

Instructions

    Slice potatoes into even fry shape (I like mine to be pretty thin).

    Mist with oil and season with salt/pepper.

    Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp.

    Prepare chicken by cutting into bite sized chunks, toss in seasoning, then air fry 400F for 4 minutes, flip, 3-4 more min, then brush garlic butter sauce over.
