Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked tortellini
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- parsley
- Handful spinach
- 1 TBS Parmesan
- 1/4 cup Alfredo sauce
Optional: caramelized onion, to taste
Optional: crushed croutons for topping
Instructions

Prepare chicken I like to season with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and a little garlic powder, then air fry at 400F for 5 minutes per side. Let rest for a couple of minutes before slicing.

Brush with minced garlic, Parmesan, and parsley after cooking

Cook tortellini according to package instructions and prepare any optional caramelized onions.
