Ingredients
- 1 low carb tortilla (I like La Banderita)
- 4 oz chicken
- garlic parm laughing cow cheese
- 2 tsp parmesan garlic sauce
- 1/2 TBS parmesan
- 1/2 tsp any garlic parm seasoning
- 2 TBS shredded cheese
Directions
- 2 chicken tenderloins (seasoned with seasoning of choice and air fried at 400F for 5 min each side)

Lay tortilla on flat surface and spread laughing cow cheese over the surface of your tortilla using the back of a spoon

Mix together chopped chicken, parmesan garlic sauce, parmesan, and seasoning then spread evenly over surface of your tortilla.

Sprinkle with shredded cheese and roll tightly, then slice into small sections with a sharp knife

Air fry (or bake) at 370 for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and melty! You can also eat these cold if preferred.
