GARLIC PARM WRAP

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla (I like La Banderita)
  • 1 garlic herb laughing cow cheese
  • 1 tsp parmesan
  • 3-4 oz chicken (any kind works, grilled, air fried, rotisserie, crispy)
  • 1 slice ultra thin sliced cheese
  • 1 slice crispy bacon
  • parmesan garlic sauce (drizzle of thinned with a splash of skim milk to save cals)

Preparation

  • paprika

Instructions

    Prepare chicken, I like to season chicken tenderloins with seasoning salt, garlic + paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), but rotisserie chicken also works great here!

    Lay tortilla on flat surface and mash laughing cow cheese with the back of a spoon until tortilla is coated, sprinkle with parm then add thin sliced cheese, sliced/diced chicken, bacon, a drizzle of sauce (approx 1-2 tsp)

    Tuck ends of tortilla and fold to roll tightly (like a burrito)
