Ingredients

  • 4 oz chicken of choice
  • 6 turkey pepperonis (diced)
  • 1-2 TBS red onion (diced)
  • 1-2 TBS banana pepper (diced)
  • 1-2 TBS grape tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 light colby jack cheese stick (cubed)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 TBS light mayo
  • 2 TBS light italian dressing

Instructions

    Prepare chicken, I like to season these with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before shredding or chopping into small pieces), rotisserie chicken also works great in this one!

    Add all ingredients to a bowl or tupperware, shake, stir, or toss until evenly coated and combined.

    When ready to eat, use mindful serving of favorite chips, veggie, or cracker to dip and enjoy cold!
