HONEY CHICKEN + RICE BOWLS

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins ((or crispy chicken like Real Good nuggets))
  • 1 cup instant rice ((dry))
  • 1 cauliflower rice steamer pack

SAUCE :

  • 3 TBS teriyaki sauce
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 2 TBS honey
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • red pepper flakes (dash)
  • optional veggie(s) (of choice)
  • optional yum yum sauce

Instructions

    Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according to package directions, then mix together

    Prepare chicken by dicing into bite sized pieces and season both sides with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air fry on 400, 3-4 min each side (you can also use crispy chicken like Real Good nuggets for this too)
