HONEY CHICKEN + RICE BOWLS

- 6 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins ((or crispy chicken like Real Good nuggets))
- 1 cup instant rice ((dry))
- 1 cauliflower rice steamer pack
SAUCE :
- 3 TBS teriyaki sauce
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 2 TBS honey
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- red pepper flakes (dash)
- optional veggie(s) (of choice)
- optional yum yum sauce

Prepare instant rice and cauli rice according to package directions, then mix together

Prepare chicken by dicing into bite sized pieces and season both sides with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika. Air fry on 400, 3-4 min each side (you can also use crispy chicken like Real Good nuggets for this too)

Once done cooking, toss chicken in sauce

Prepare optional sauteed veggies of choice

Assemble 3 bowls/tupperware in this order: -Divide your rice/cauli rice evenly amongst your 3 bowls -mix in your sauteed veggies or add to side if using (optional) -chicken chunks, divided evenly amongst bowls -optional, serve with a drizzle of yum yum sauce and sesame seeds
