- 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 4-5 baby potatoes
- chopped baby spinach
- 2 TBS bacon (thinly sliced)
- 4-5 slices avocado
- 1 TBS crushed croutons
HONEY MUSTARD:
- 1 TBS honey
- 1/2 TBS stone ground mustard
- lemon juice (to thin)

Prepare chicken, I like to season these with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before slicing)

Prepare baby potatoes according to package directions, then mash with a glass so they’re flattened, season with salt, pepper, garlic, italian
