Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 4-5 baby potatoes
  • chopped baby spinach
  • 2 TBS bacon (thinly sliced)
  • 4-5 slices avocado
  • 1 TBS crushed croutons

HONEY MUSTARD:

  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1/2 TBS stone ground mustard
  • lemon juice (to thin)

Instructions

    Prepare chicken, I like to season these with seasoning salt, pepper, garlic, paprika then air fry 400F 5 min, each side (let them rest a couple minutes before slicing)
