Ingredients

  • 4 oz steak (of choice (I typically get sirloin when trying to save cals, or ribeye when I want lots of flavor))
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • steak seasoning (or favorite)

OPTIONAL

  • splash soy sauce (for marinating)
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing
  • 1 TBS garlic (minced)
  • honey (drizzle)

Instructions

    Make sure steak is thawed and patted dry

    Season both sides generously with salt/pepper or steak seasoning

    Preheat air fryer to 400 and cook for 5 minutes (with nothing in it, this gets it hot).

    After preheating, add steak, cook for 6-8 min. flip, then cook another 6-8 min depending on thickness and how done you like yours. (I typically do 6 min. each side for medium rare)

    Let steak rest on a cutting board for a couple minutes before slicing (if the juices run out, I pour them back onto the steak after slicing).
