Ingredients

  • 8 chicken tenderloins (thawed)

  • 1 bag riced cauliflower (frozen)
  • 1 bag tri-colored cole slaw mix
  • pineapple chunks (fresh cut or canned)
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (Kikkoman brand)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (or coconut aminos for less sodium)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar (or sugar substitute if you prefer)
