- optional fajita veggies (of choice, like sliced bell peppers, onion, tomato)
- 1 TBS shredded mexican cheese
SAUCE:
- 2 TBS greek yogurt (or sour cream)
- lime (big squeeze)
- 1/4 tsp fajita seasoning
- hot sauce (splash)
- tajin (optional)
- cotija cheese (optional)
Instructions

Open bun and toast both sides in a skillet (or oven) until both sides are toasty and golden brown
