  • optional fajita veggies (of choice, like sliced bell peppers, onion, tomato)
  • 1 TBS shredded mexican cheese

SAUCE:

  • 2 TBS greek yogurt (or sour cream)
  • lime (big squeeze)
  • 1/4 tsp fajita seasoning
  • hot sauce (splash)
  • tajin (optional)
  • cotija cheese (optional)

Instructions

    Open bun and toast both sides in a skillet (or oven) until both sides are toasty and golden brown
