per 1 loaf:

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt/pepper

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 TBS soy sauce
  • 2 TBS brown sugar (or substitute like Swerve)
