per 1 loaf:

- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 tsp salt/pepper

- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 TBS soy sauce
- 2 TBS brown sugar (or substitute like Swerve)

In a large bowl mix together lean ground beef (raw), egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, salt/pepper (this is going to work best if you use your hands to mix together, I know seems odd but it really helps combine ingredients).
