Ingredients

  • 8 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 ranch seasoning packet
  • 1/2 au jus seasoning packet
  • sliced pepperoncini peppers
  • 1-2 TBS butter
  • 1 pouch instant potatoes
  • 1 pouch cauli rice
  • au jus seasoning
  • small amount butter
  • pepperoncini juice

Instructions

    Season both sides of chicken tenderloins with ranch seasoning and au jus seasoning

    Lay chicken on a flat baking sheet then top with sliced pepperoncini peppers

    You can add thin sliced pats of butter OR save tons of cals by grating your butter on top using a handheld cheese grater
