  • 3 TBS protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup protein shake (or milk)
  • peach (peeled/diced)

optional crumble:

  • 1/2 TBS butter (melted)
  • 1 TBS flour
  • 1 TBS brown sugar ((I use Swerve))

optional cream cheese drizzle:

  • 1 TBS light cream cheese
  • 1 TBS sugar free pancake syrup

    In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon

    add protein shake (or milk), and stir gently until you reach a thick pancake batter consistency...try not to overmix, itโ€™s ok if your batter is lumpy! Gently fold in peach chunks or add on top.

    In a small bowl, mix together crumble ingredients with a fork until mixture looks like sandy crumbles, sprinkle this over bowl then microwave 1:30 or bake 350 for 12-15 minutes or until done
