- 1 TBS brown sugar ((I use Swerve))
optional cream cheese drizzle:
- 1 TBS light cream cheese
- 1 TBS sugar free pancake syrup

In a small bowl or glass tupperware, mix together pancake mix, protein powder, cinnamon
