Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked lean beef (approx 3-4 oz)
  • pepperjack laughing cow cheese
  • green pepper (sauteed diced)
  • onion (sauteed diced)
  • mushroom (sauteed diced)
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese ((blended) or greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 tsp au jus + cajun seasoning
  • 2 TBS skim mozzarella
  • 2 TBS pepperjack cheese
  • baby bell peppers (sliced)
  • pita chips (for dipping)

Optional

  • crushed croutons (optional topping)

Instructions

    Prepare ground beef and veggies by sautéing in a skillet until meat is browned and veggies are soft
