- pepperjack laughing cow cheese
- green pepper (sauteed diced)
- onion (sauteed diced)
- mushroom (sauteed diced)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese ((blended) or greek yogurt)
- 1/4 tsp au jus + cajun seasoning
- 2 TBS skim mozzarella
- 2 TBS pepperjack cheese
- baby bell peppers (sliced)
- pita chips (for dipping)
Optional
- crushed croutons (optional topping)
Instructions

Prepare ground beef and veggies by sautéing in a skillet until meat is browned and veggies are soft
