  • 1/2 au jus packet
  • green bell pepper (finely diced, to taste)

  • mushroom (to taste)
  • shredded cheese (of choice, suggested pepperjack or mozzarella)

Sauce:

  • light mayo (or plain greek yogurt)
  • hot sauce (splash)
  • 1/4 tsp cajun seasoning
  • water (splash to thin)

Instructions
