Ingredients
- 1 lb lean beef
- 1/2 au jus seasoning packet
- diced veggies of choice (green pepper/onion)
- 4 low cal buns of choice
- 4 Tbs Skim mozzarella

- nacho cheese sauce (for topping)
- french fried onions (for topping)
Instructions

Cook meat in a skillet, along with diced veggies if using, until browned.

Sprinkle with a little bit of an au jus seasoning packet and a splash of water.
