Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean beef
  • 1/2 au jus seasoning packet
  • diced veggies of choice (green pepper/onion)
  • 4 low cal buns of choice
  • 4 Tbs Skim mozzarella

Optional

  • nacho cheese sauce (for topping)
  • french fried onions (for topping)

Instructions
