  • 1 lb lean beef or lean italian turkey sausage
  • 8 snack sized low cal tortillas
  • 8 slices thin sliced provolone or mozzarella
  • turkey pepperonis or other pizza toppings of choice
  • marinara for dipping

Instructions

    Divide lean beef or italian sausage into 8 even sized balls

    Lay each ball onto a tortilla and press flat using hand or a small plate, distributing meat evenly over the entire surface of each tortilla

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic, italian

    In a skillet on medium high heat, mist with oil, and lay the tortilla meat side down. Let this side sit and cook until meat is completely cooked and brown.
