- 8 snack sized low cal tortillas
- 8 slices thin sliced provolone or mozzarella
- turkey pepperonis or other pizza toppings of choice
- marinara for dipping

Divide lean beef or italian sausage into 8 even sized balls

Lay each ball onto a tortilla and press flat using hand or a small plate, distributing meat evenly over the entire surface of each tortilla

Season with salt, pepper, garlic, italian

In a skillet on medium high heat, mist with oil, and lay the tortilla meat side down. Let this side sit and cook until meat is completely cooked and brown.

Then, flip and brown the other side until tortilla is golden brown

Add slice of cheese and turkey pepperonis to meat side (you can cover with a lid or bake to help melt cheese if needed) then fold in half so you have a pizza taco
