  • 1 lb. lean beef
  • 2 tsp au jus seasoning packet
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 TBS queso or cheese sauce
  • approx 1 TBS shredded cheese (per bowl)

  • tortilla strips (for topping)
  • pickled jalapenos (for topping)
  • caramelized onion (for topping)

Instructions

    Mist hashbrowns with avocado oil or cooking spray, season generously with seasoning salt, garlic, paprika. Air fry (or bake) on 400F for 10 min, shake, 10-15 more minutes or until crisp.
