Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
- 1/2 package ramen (noodles only)
SAUCE
- 1-2 TBS teriyaki sauce
- 1 TBS low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp chicken bouillon
- garlic
- ginger
- red pepper flakes
- optional peanut butter (tsp)
- carrot (I peel mine with a peeler to make ribbons)
Instructions

Season both sides of your thawed chicken tenderloin with seasonings of choice and air fry 400F for 5 minutes, flip, 5 more minutes.

In a microwave safe bowl or dish, add half package of ramen noodles and cover with water (or bone broth). Microwave for about 3 minutes or until noodles are *almost* done, not completely soft.

Drain most of the water then add all sauce ingredients and stir.

Top with sliced chicken and other toppings of choice.

Soft boiled egg: air fry 275F for 11-12 minutes then transfer to ice cold water before peeling.

*if eating leftover, store in air tight containers and microwave to reheat before eating*
